A common finding in Han tombs were domestic animals, mimicking the appearance of the dead person's farmyard. These two roosters were very characteristic fowl. Most of these animals were produced in twin molds and then glued together with visible join. Sometimes the features were modelled to make them more distinctive. The roosters may be purchased as a pair or one at $795.
