A beautiful example of an early period Chinese Popular Ware fish bowl of high-fired Schekwan pottery of a deep red brown hue with dramatic deep cobalt blue variated, streaked, speckled and tea dusted glaze with powder blue and brown accent over glazes. Wide flattened round body with high shoulder, narrow mouth and rolled lip. The base is concave.
